"Didn't feel as private as I hoped"
I thought this would feel a lot more anonymous than it did. Instead, there were so many details to fill out and extra steps that I started feeling kind of trapped and unsure about even continuing. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but it just wasn’t what I expected. I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

"Credits run out way too fast"
I gave it a try, but the credits disappear way too quickly for how much they cost. It’s frustrating when you just need one or two quick calls and suddenly you’re stuck having to slow down, wait, and be patient like that’s part of the deal. For the price, it really doesn’t feel worth it

"Text spoofing didn’t work like they made it sound"
I tried SpoofCard because the text spoofing feature sounded straightforward, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. It felt like one of those services that makes vague promises about what it can do, then leaves you guessing when it doesn’t actually work.

Most of the texts either never went through or showed up differently than what I had set. I burned through credits just testing basic stuff, and there wasn’t any clear explanation for why it was failing or what I was supposed to change.

Support was slow and didn’t really give me anything useful beyond generic answers. Maybe their calling features work better, but for texting, I wouldn’t bother using it again.

"Setting up my account was weirdly annoying"
Just making my account took way longer than it should have. I was trying to stay patient at first, but after a while I was like, okay, this is ridiculous.

"Billing left me unsure"
I tried Spoof Card one time, and while the service itself seemed to work okay, the billing really threw me off. I thought I was paying a certain amount, but then I noticed extra charges on my card that I wasn’t expecting. I reached out to support, but it took a while to hear back and the response didn’t really clear things up. I wouldn’t say the whole experience was awful, but the billing issue was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I mainly got SpoofCard because I needed the call recording feature, so it was frustrating when it barely worked the way I expected. A few calls never saved at all, and one recording just cut off halfway through, which made me feel like I couldn’t trust it. The audio wasn’t great either, and there were parts where I had to keep replaying because it was so hard to hear. I messed around with the settings hoping it was something simple, but nothing really changed. Since I paid for it specifically for recording calls, the whole experience felt disappointing and unreliable. I wouldn’t use it again

"International Calling Didn’t Meet My Standards"
I tried spoofcard for a few international calls, it didn’t live up to what I expect from a paid calling service. A couple of calls wouldn’t connect at all, a few dropped after about a minute, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t get a clear solution. I don’t mind troubleshooting once or twice, but burning through credits just to test whether a call will work is not okay with me. Maybe it’s better for local calls, but for international calling, I wouldn’t use it again.

Tried Spoof Card a handful of times, and the caller ID only showed up right maybe half the time. Sometimes just failed completely, other times showed some random-looking info. Felt like a waste of credits, honestly. Reached out to support too, but didn’t really get much help. Wouldn’t use it again.

"Honestly, the app keeps crashing"

"Just didn’t feel trustworthy to me"
I was looking into spoofcard and, honestly... I just couldn’t get fully comfortable with it. Something about the whole thing felt a little sketchy, and I wasn’t really convinced my info or money would be safe. I mean, maybe it works fine for other people, but for me... the trust just wasn’t there, so I ended up backing out.

I bought credits expecting them to show up right away, but they never appeared in my account. I reached out to support and it took forever to get a response, and even then they weren’t really helpful. What’s frustrating is it feels like they hide behind policy loopholes instead of just fixing the issue or refunding me. Disappointing experience overall...

I ran into an issue with my account and reached out to support, thinking it would be handled quickly. Instead, I was left waiting way too long for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it felt like they barely read what I had written.

I followed up again and still didn’t get a proper response, just the usual vague promises about looking into it. That’s really frustrating when you actually need help and just want a clear answer. Definitely not the kind of support I was expecting.

"Got stuck trying to verify my phone"
In my experience, signing up was more frustrating than it should’ve been. I got to the phone number verification step and it just wouldn’t accept my number, and I couldn’t find any obvious way to get past it. I ended up wasting time trying to set everything up, it didn’t feel worth the hassle to me...

The app seems solid overall, and I haven’t had any major issues using it. I just wish the data safety and privacy details were a bit clearer, because right now I’m not totally sure what’s being handled or how.

"Payment Didn’t Go Through Right?!"
I tried adding credits twice, and both times my card got charged but the balance never showed up. Like, how does that even happen?! I reached out to support, but they took way too long to get back to me and then just told me to try again. At this point, I really don’t trust their payment system anymore.

The scam prevention feels weak. There should be better controls in place because it seems way too easy for abuse to slip through.
